She earned both her Bachelor and Masters degree in Health and Nutrition and has over 15 years of experience in the field of health and wellness. She loves helping people learn easy, practical ideas for improving their health through nutrition.
Anna enjoys sharing easy, fresh ideas for cooking and preparing food. She firmly believes that focusing on all the healthy, real, whole foods we need more of instead of what we “can't” have is key to not feeling deprived and sustaining healthy eating for a lifetime. In her private practice, she works with clients to gradually improve their eating, become more mindful of what, how, and why they eat, and get off the diet roller coaster, so they begin to reap the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and see improvements in their overall health.
