Elisa strongly believes in the mind-body connection and uses individualized approaches based on each client’s strengths, challenges, and goals. She specializes in gastrointestinal disorders, weight loss resistance, and hormonal imbalance. In addition to her B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science from Hunter College, she Registered Dietitian Nutritionistolds a Master’s in Food Management from New York University.
