Janelle Bigelman is a registered dietitian with 3 years of experience. Being an athlete and heavily invested in sports while growing up, she quickly learned the interconnection of optimal nutrition and how one’s daily dietary habits can impact one’s overall health, longevity recovery and performance, both positively and negatively. This led her to open her own private nutrition consulting business located in Miami, Florida, called UpBeet Nutrition.
After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and spending several years working in the business realm, her deep desire to spread health awareness and promote a balanced, happy, and spirited life drove her to attain a master’s degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from Florida International University and become a registered dietitian (RD). Janelle aspires to teach her patients and clients how to eat healthy and balanced, but most importantly how to create a healthy relationship with food and reduce fear around eating.
