Nathan is a clinical dietitian with 6 years of experience and seeks to improve the health of people through nutrition therapy. He graduated from Florida International University and received his Master's degree in Dietetics and Nutrition. After doing a 6-month internship with the University of Florida’s sport nutrition team, Nate found that his strengths and desires within the nutrition field was in fact the culinary aspect of food and nutrition. He enjoyed showing athletes how to make delicious, nutrient dense meals that worked for them, not against them. From there, Nate began practicing the art of cooking and refining his culinary skills as well as coached clients to help meet their health and fitness goals. Currently, Nathan works with clients of all ages with various performance goals.
