Reema is a registered dietitian with eight years of experience. She has a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Surrey and a master’s degree in Sports & Exercise Nutrition from Loughborough University. She specializes in chronic health conditions, such as type 2 diabetes and high cholesterol, as well as gut issues like IBS. Reema is also trained in renal dietetics and helps those with kidney disease improve their diet and health outcomes. She regularly sees clients who have a disordered relationship with their food and uses techniques to help set them free of diets and restrictions and facilitate long-term and sustainable change for their overall health and future.
